New Version of Rosegarden 1.4.0

Rosegarden rocks! Oddly though, when I upgraded to 1.3.4 (I think), then next time I did an apt upgrade from the PlanetCCRMA repository it wanted to uninstall it. I finally said OK, since apt would fail if I didn't, but 1.3.4 was still there after. I'll see what happens with 1.4.0.
